The Manager, Sales Analytics will be responsible for monitoring, optimizing, and managing the performance of Trader Web Listing Upgrades “WLU” Products at a customer level, the Manager, Sales Operations needs to be highly data driven / analytical individual with commercial acumen who will act as the main point of contact for sales on topics related to the performance of WLU.

Key Areas of Responsibility: 


  • Support Sales with enquires related to diagnostic of WLU Performance
  • Manage, lead and coordinate projects related to demoing value of WLU
  • Ensure Sales have the right analytical tools/ dashboards to successfully demo the value of WLU
  • Responsible for developing business presentations for management and clients as needed
  • Regularly monitor WLU performance and generate performance reports to management

Proactive Support for Listing Upgrades

  • Responsible for analyzing WLU at a customer level and delivering key metrics that uncover actionable insights for the sales team
  • Responsible for managing and improving the WLU exception reporting tool/ Dashboard
  • Act as the primary point of contact to triage all issues raised by the sales team regarding WLU performance and escalate to cross functional teams as needed.
  • Diagnose customer performance level issues and build action plan for sales to execute on, hold bi-weekly cross functional meeting on the type of issues that has been raised
  • Communicate to Product team in terms of recurring issues that needs to be addressed
  • Support the existing retention process led by the retention team if data support is required

Go to Market Support

  • Support GTM team in building WLU sales campaigns by providing customer level data such as (current product penetration %, historical placements, inventory trends, etc.)
  • Develop processes / materials to efficiently support account managers to win-back customers
  • Support the tracking of WLU offer expiries and renewals
  • Track penetration of limited quantity WLU products and manage under penetrated areas for exclusive products.

Demo Value Evolution

  • Highly engaged with Data Scientist & Product Teams regarding the latest demo value metrics available – and how to efficiently make use of it
  • Gather feedback from the field on how reps are demonstrating value and provide feedback to the product team for consideration
  • Develop, revise, and enforce business policies and procedures as needed.


Education, Experience and Technical skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an analyst function
  • Strong analytical / computer skills – Excel, PowerBI, Database theory, and the ability to extract information into user friendly formats
  • Advanced Excel skills 
  • Experience working with Salesforce
