Summer HelpDesk Intern
SUMMARY OF JOB
The HelpDesk Intern provides support to the new and returning Trader employees by ensuring that all equipment is set up and ready before the first day of work. The intern will also create accounts and assist returning and new employees in accessing their accounts on their first day.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Configure and deploy new and return-to-work hardware.
Assist employees with accessing their systems and accounts.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work within a team
- Able to problem-solve
- High School Graduate
- Enrolled in a college/university program in Computer Science or equivalent IT studies
